My Name is syed naseeruddin Shah and i have ported my Mobile no from reliance to tata docom in the month of April. During Porting they said me that i will get Full talktime for One year on every E-Recharge above 10RS Done. But The Problem is that they are Not Providing the same from Jan 1-2012. Even i contacted Coustmer care and lodged a compliant but they are telling that this offer has been closed on[protected]. My question is that how could they do it without prior Notice. And they also removed My 100 SMS Saying that As Per TRAI Rules It has Been Done.
