Tata Docomo — Harassment and non-responsive outlet after Post paid to Pre-paid | |||
I am sending Complaint through Feedback Channel as the complaint form on your website seems to be not working for the 'Rest of Maharashtra' circle Customers like me. Please note that I have attempted raising similar complaints last week, but there has been no solution to the same nor any acknowledgement from your side. Here are the details as per the Form on your website - ================================================================================...⇄ Type of Relationship -- CDMA TATA DOCOMO connection for which raising the complaint -- [protected] Relationship Number -- [protected] Circle -- Rest of Maharashtra City -- PUNE Type of Product -- Tata Photon Service Type -- CDMA Prepaid Nature of Query/Feedback -- Billing/Charging Related Details of Query/Feedback -- After converting from Postpaid to Prepaid connection for which I received success message over SMS, I have recharged (toppped up) my connection with Rs 255 for 1 GB over one month validity as per options given on the site. This was done with online guidance from the Tata Photon call center person. However I am unable to use the device and service; Also unable to login on this site. It's been more than a month I brought this to their notice however there has been no genuine effort from their side, esp. from the F C Road Pune outlet. Not sure why they continue with franchise model esp. since they don't have direct communication nor control over the customer updates/transactions carried out at the outlets. Will try to send this to TRAI as well, if someone has any similar issues that they resolved recently would very much appreciate if shared with me.
