Tata Docomo — Harassment for payment of bill

I had stopped using the Photon from November 2012. I had cleared the bill for october and called the customer care to cancel the connection and pickup the device from me. Few days later i get a call from customer care asking why i am not using? I informed i no more require the device. The customer care informed to keep the device for the next six months and i dont have to pay the bill. After six months i can decided to cancel. Now from the billing department they are pestering every month on the bill payment. I like to file a complaint on harrsment
