Tata Docomo — I have recharged 223/-(TATA DOCOMO) on 24th august but the recharge was not done Still Money not refunded.

I have recharged 223/- on 24th August 2013 via Tata docomo offical website and through internet banking But The recharge was not done & today is 5th sept still I did not get my money back.My First Conversation with Mr Suman (Tata docomo customer care executive) on 4th sept 2013 He said The recharge was not successful thats why we have refund that amount into your account on 26th august and you need to talk with the SBI bank manager also say to the manager that you need to approve the ammount then only the ammount will appear in your account till you have the same problem then mail us the bank statement from 24th aug to current date,yes i have spoke with the manager he said there was no system for approval and he also said Mr suman was lying to you & I also send the bank statement on yesterday, Now I got a reply from Miss Tania Das (Employee Of Tata docomo) On Wed, Sep 4, 2013 at 5:40 PM, <[protected]@tatadocomo.com> wrote: Hello! Since 4-5 years I using TATA DOCOMO and I frequently checked Tata Docomo Official website go through the offers and recharge the same, OK for a second I agree that My 223/- Rcrg is working but you can check from your side that I have conversation with 2-4 tata docomo user unless until the same problem balance was deduct from my a/c and another one thing is that I had a conversation with Mr suman(your cutomer care executive) on yesterday He told me that They have already refund the amount on 26th august 2013 ( You saying Miss taniya that 223/- is working and Mr suman said balance was refunded on 26th august,so can you please tell me which statement is true hence Let me clear to you one thing that 223/- is not recharged successfully on my no) and I need to talk with the bank manager and I did the bank manager said there was no system for approval Mr suman said another one thing if the problem was not solve then you send us the bank statement from 24th aug 2013 to current date at [protected]@tatadocomo.com and I did but NOW Miss Tania was kidding with me & I can't talk with the customer care you people disconnect my line. Hence, we would like to inform you that the recharge of Rs. 223/- was successfully done on 24-AUG-2013 and benefits has been also updated.

Further, we would like to inform you that there are two voice plans available on your number and you have been charging as per the priority of voice plans.
