[Resolved] Tata Docomo — In balanced Tariff | |||
Dec 04, 2012 wrongly detecting the balance for a call My Tata DoCoMo mobile number is[protected], i recharged with 150 Rupees on 19.11.12, additionally Booster recharge with 39 rupees for the plan of HALF PAISA PER TWO SECONDS (THAT IS 30 PAISA PER MINUTE)on the same day. but the tariff of the 30 paisa per minute has not been activated. No regular plan should be implemented, you charge 80 paisa for a call one time and another time 90 paisa, other time 115 paisa THE TARIFF IS IRREGULAR FOR EACH AND EVERY CALL. I had registered a complained to the customer Care through my mobile so many time from 20.11.12 to till date but NO RESPONSE. And also i had registered a complaint through the https://www.consumercomplaints.in website on 29.11.12, but no necessary action should be taken. I pay more than 75 paise per call from 19.11.12, So kindly arrange to check the tariff of my mobile number, and correct the tariff 30 PAISA PER MINUTE OR HALF PAISA PER TWO SECOND PLAN.
