Tata Docomo — inconvenience

Hello,

I am using ipad 2. I bought a tata docomo sim card, recharged a data plan of 65 rs. At starting it ran nicely.....
But after some days, network bars were there but 3G was gone. And after a switch off and switching on it wasn't fixed. After putting out my sim and then putting it in back again no diffrence..... I m tired to calling to customer care from my another docomo mobile at 121 and 198 but my phone is not going to customer care, when i call it says to email them at [protected]@tatadocomo.com, i e-mailed on that, but they are doing nothing.... I am really getting tiredbeacause of these inconnvinience.

Myself Samiran kayal, i have bought my Tata photon pre - paid no. [protected] from Tata gallery { civil lines } Nagpur some about 6 to 7 days early and submit all my required documents regarding this matter. On date 22-9-11 {today} i found that my device { photon } was not performing. I thought that i have used all the balance available to me so i have recharge it but i found that my device was still not performing and i m not being able to connect to the net.
I have gone to the consult Tata gallery { civil lines } Nagpur, they toll me that because my documents have not been submitted my device has been blocked. The consult person who entertained me when i have bought my device name Sneha i m not sure about her name have lost my documents.She toll me to re - submit my documents tomorrow. I told her that i have some important work of my office right now so please make kind arrangements for me so that i can use my device for today only and i will submit my documents tomorrow. Then she toll me that i can use my device after one hour for today only and submit my documents tomorrow. But i not being able to use my device still now. We all are humans so we all can do mistakes but she have lost my documents and yet not fulfill her commitment.
Now please tell me what is my fault regarding this matter. I m not being able to do my work because of this matter. If you say it is my fault then i dont want to use my Tata photon device and submit my documents sorry to say that. I will try another company who entertained me with good will.
Please reply me as early as possible.

Resolve soon ??!! What do you assure?! How much time does it takes? Inform me something, and still not going the phone to customer care, really disappointing behavior every time i call and every time it says to send mail, not going the phone to customer care...
