Tata Docomo — IRRESPONSIBLE TEAM | |||
AGAIN JAPAN TECHNOLOGY(TATA DOCOMO) IS HARASING THEIR CUSTOMERS. Before 6 to 7 days i posted about tata dodomo that i m getting speed of 1 to 2 kbps and one of the executive replied me that dnt worry sir we will take care of it and will solve ur problem as soon as possible... It was very horrible for me that from 23 of april my internet connection is not working in fact i am not able to connect it. i have activated 2.5 gb plan but due to network problem i only able to use 500 mb and my rest 2 gb will expire on 1 may.. NOW I TAKE DECISION THAT ANY HOW I WILL QUIT FROM TATA DOCOMO ON 9 JUNE 2011 BEACUSE MY 3 MONTHS WILL BE COMPLETE ON THAT DAY AND WILL NEVER SWITCH TO TATA DOCOMO...THEY R JUST SPOILING THE JAPAN TECHNOLOGY... thanks VIBHOR JAIN [protected] INDORE Was this information helpful? | |||

I am very happy for your valuable feedback but from last 3 months executives are calling me and asking for my complain but still i am facing problem.they are not working on my problem.
1.access point name: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET
2.symbol displaying: e
3.error prompt: failure to connect
4.is it relate to any particular site: not even able to connect
5.handset: nokia e50
6.city: indore
7.area: sukhaliya

it was slow from 10 march 2011 and was not able to even connect from 23 april 2011.rightnow i am in roaming and my alternate number is [protected].

Your whole team is very irresponsible..i have registered complaints so many times from last 2 months but your team is only saying that we are working.i dont know what type of work you are doing in which you are taking so long time.i think it will be better that you all tata docomo executive kepp your mouth shut.i have decided to quit from tata docomo and i will show my power to your team specially to your nodal officer.
