Tata Docomo — Instead of calling tata docomo customer care 3 times, they are not deactivating channel 99 service

I have called customer care of tata docomo 3 times and also complained on https://www.consumercomplaints.in and requested to deactivate service named channel 99. This service is active on my number [protected] since 1 oct 2012. i deactivated it by calling 155223 and also requested cc to deactivate it, cc representative replied that your service will be deactivated in 4 hours. but instead it renewed on 15 oct 2012
inspite of calling many times to cc, the service is still active on my number because i get daily one sms at sharp 11 am related to that channel 99 service.
this service is going to be renewed on 25 oct 2012 and i will loose 10.0 rs from my account. If thats the case i am going to throw away docomo sim card from my mobile. so i please request you to deactivate channel 99 service
