Tata Docomo — Internet Deactivation

My number is [protected], i have recharged with rs 250 internet pack on 31 jan 2013, but suddenly on 6th feb midnight 2013 the company have deactivated my internet pack, saying the foolish reason that ur validity is over, but it not possible, because the pack validity is of 30 days, but the company and customercare executives not giving the proper reason, just keep on saying ur validity is over, and u have recharged with other internet pack, but they not telling when i did that,they just trying to make customer fool....

My no is [protected] from many months i cannot recharge internet cards on my mobile, tried each & every internet packs, customer care personal are giving fake reasons that i can use my internet in only certain places...just tried every thing according to the customer care nothing happened...don't know what to do & if it doesn't rectifies within a month i am thinking to shift to a different service provider...email id
