i had with draw my net connection which is on number [protected] and now also i am getting bill for it i refused to pay bill they a arrest warrant will issued on u . u want to pay bill and giving warning to me i complaint to all tata customer service but i didnt get any action on it please take action on them

Tata Docomo — Highly irresponsible customer service

Customer service of Tata Docomo is very highly irresponsible. I had submitted my complete documents on 5th nov and contacted the supplier of SIM card "The Mobile store" near kemps corner, Napean sea on 10th again as i received sms requesting for documents when he assured me that documents were submitted to the company on 10th.

Today the 13th Nov my outgoing calls are barred including the customer care and i had called from a land phone around 11:00 AM and spend nearly 1 hour on call to get it transferred from agent to floor supervisor Deepak and then manager Parvesh.There was assurance that it would be solved before 4:00 pm which did not happen.

They had mentioned about 72 hours to get it working. Which i cannot afford as my means of communication would be stalled till then.

I called in the Evening around 7:00 pm and call was attended by agent Mayur who told me to call the number [protected], when i refused as i had reached this after going through the IVR. He agreed to transfer the call upon my persuasion and kept me on hold for around 45 mins.

Thus an overall of around 1hour 45 min i have spent from a land line to get the issue resolved, but yet not done. The steps to resolution is very pathetic.

I have spent Rs 300 for this SIM and yet i do not get what i want, Shouldn't there be any way to penalise the irresponsible nature of the customer care when they are at fault.

I would strongly discourage anybody to change to Tata Docomo as their 1p/sec billing is of no use when it functions with inferior coverage and a customer service that s*** , and why pay RS 300 to get yourself stranded.

Eventhough my earlier interaction with your customer care executive over phone (Complaint ref no:[protected] anmd[protected] was not enjoyable and simple, i would invite your kind attention to spare some valuable time of yours to resolve my complaint with you regarding my new connection of Tata DOCOMO.A brief of my complaint..I were contacted by one of your executive who visited my office on last week of October for canvassing new connection.When i gone through what he told me and offered, i thought it woulee.d be interesting to take a new connection of Tata Docomo.He told me if i take two post paid connections (149 plan)there would be a CUG option between these two numbers, where the calls between these numbers are unlimitedly free.As i was interested i took two connections [protected] and [protected].With in one week after regular follow ups from my part, however it got activated.I started using the network thankfully.After a weeks time i got a message from your customer care that my call rate had exceeded the credit limit allowed for me which is Rs1000/-.One day suddenly my outgoing facility got barred also.Then i called up your executive and asked whether yue to someou are billing for CUG also.Then he told that it was due to some error as the the network was newly introduced.However after he telling the story he could manage to retrieve the connection.Again atleast for five times my two connections got unbarred and each time i called up ur executeve and made it right.The real dragon came in the form of monthly bill on last week of November, where i could see the most interesting part like all the CUG option calls are billed for two connections.Anyway my copy of the bills are here with this mail for your reference.As per the contract i need to pay the rent and usage charges for normal calls and not for the CUG option calls and offers.But unfortunately your billig was not like that.What should i do to use your network further as it got barred again? what is my correct amount billed which i should pay?Please help me..Hope your esteemed organisation under the TATAs can help the customer in the right manner.

Docomo — irresponsible about customer

re asalu emanukuntunav ra two days back nanu complaint icha na balance cut ayyindani not only two days bak from the day of balance cut i am compainting every day why r u not responding


very bludy customer care whatr u thinking stupid
u r lift my call to day and not respond for twelve minites
u lift my call and talk to me why atladukuntunara bad veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy docomoooooooooo its no 1 bad company for me

Tata Docomo — irresponsible service

tata docomo network is the worst network ever.....they dont have any customer care executives who can speak even a bit of english...this has made things much harder for me...when i repeatedly called them and asked for an english speaking executive, they started avoiding the calls....it would always say that all the executives are busy...and everytime there is a problem they would say that they ll check their databases which never gets updated...when called during night, they say that it ll be done by 6 am. when called after 6 am they say noon, and then night 9....and the same thing repeats...
