[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Jul-13 Bill inflated (False)

Dear Sir, Please be informed that I have WIFI COMBO 1.4 [protected]@1250 plan (10240MB with the package) and in a month I have not downloaded anything from the net just using for Whatup application and skype for video calling so please let me know how my account usage will be 19422MB? and also bill has counted not as per regulation and as per my plan taken above if I used 19422MB so remaining[protected]=9182MB=1,120 Rs only additional but TATA DOCOMO bill showing 11,738 Rs which is totally wrong calculated by company and even I have not used internet for upload or download purpose just using only Whatup application and skype for video calling alternate day for limited times only. I would appreciate if you will informed to this company and file case against TATA DOCOMO. I am herewith attaching detail bill for your review and further action against with TATA DOCOMO.
