[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Taken documents and asking for documents ready to give but were is my given douctments | |||
I have submitted the entire document for two new sim cards. My service was terminated after one week saying documents not received. I spoke to customer care they are telling to submit documents again. I am ready to resubmit documents again but its my moral right to know where is my previous submitted documents. I asked the customer care that shall make police complaint for the same but they say that they enquiry from their end they are not taking any action also not given a proper feedback. Call nodal officer the call was jumping at least 8 different numbers people say hello then disconnect the call then the call jumps to other number but they only say hello then disconnects. This people things customer documents are only peppers which is not sensitive. Who knows if the document gets into wrong hands and other service provider issue sim cards and sell it to illegal use? Beware one day you have a surprise police visit. Why to create all this problems if you take care of your documents. Also these companies should have a code of contact in documentations with customers. Nobody is taking it serious. I don’t know what can I do but let me try to bring a change with the help of consumer complaint forums. And other legal sources. Was this information helpful? | |||
