I recharged the Tata Docomo card with the 94 Rs. I got the settings, but I am unable to access the net as I get the message"Service not available". I had registered the complaint so many times, but I am not able to get any access.

Tata Docomo — Not able to Access Internet
Hi,My No is [protected]. I am using the same number for more than a year and I was able to access Internet till December - 2010. In December Docomo has deactivated my account wrongly and again i have reactivated the same number. From then on was i am not able to access internet. i went to the Docomo service point they asked me to replace the sim with a new sim by paying 49rs. I did that. Still i am not able to access the internet. The service point people asked me to contact the customer care and i did that. But everything gone into vain. I am able to access internet with another docmo number with the same settings and from the same handset. there is no problem with the settings are handset. Problem wit the number. Could you please help me on this?

Till now the problem has not been resolved. I have visited the koramangala Docomo show room also. However they were not able to resolve my problem. They said they have sent a mail to their higher authorities and it will be resolved by yesterday itself (Feb-7-2011). Till now the problem has not been resolved. They were not ready to give me a complaint number. Neverthless they were not ready to share any contact number of them. I have applied for Mobile Number Portability to Airtel. However that has been rejected by Docomo stating that i was with docmo for less than 90 days. My MNP request number is TX372546. I dont know what to do at all. I was using the docomo number for more than 1.5 years. It is troubling me for the past two months by not allwoing me to access internet.

I called a couple times to the customer care through 121 and raised queries regarding my internet...i am unable to access internet..iam using blackberry model 9930..and its gsm i called but the customer care agents themselves don't know anything regardin the queries am askin..very reckless answer are being given i would just like to port to idea or some other network...its really waste to use tata docomo
