[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Poor Customer Service + Non fulfillment of advertisement promise on website | |||
My number is [protected](Kerala). I have ported this number from Airtel to tata docomo. In their website(please see screenshot attached) they have promised that for customers who have ported before 31st of Jan, they will provide 450 Rupees talktime with unlimited validity for recharge of 400 Rupees and this offer is valid for three months. I recharged with 400 Rupees yesterday morning at 9:28 am after confirming the same with customer care. But to my surprise I got 460 Rupees in a special account and not in main account and this special account is valid only till March 11th. When I tried to contact customer care again telling that the validity should be unlimited as per website they were not accepting it. I also Emailed the same with screenshot of their advertisement to their email id [protected]@tatadocomo.com. An automated mail reply came telling that they will respond withing 24 hours. But now it is more than 36 hours since I raised the complaint through email and there is no response. Now I am forced to publicise this in a forum like this so that they will respond atleast on seeing this. Was this information helpful? | |||

TATA Docomo is only thinking how to give hollow words and assurances . They havent even contacted me on this either through Email or phone. I cant understand how such a trusted brand has degraded itself on values and ethics which they never used to compromise.
