This is to inform you that as per your request SIM block has been done. Also be informed that you need to visit Tata Docomo outlet with passport size photograph along with your proof of identity and proof of address to purchase duplicate SIM, and the cost of duplicate SIM is Rs.49. And also be informed that as per the process we would unable to refund the amount of Rs. 49.
