Tata Docomo — i have unwanted service and want to unsubscribe that.. but no information is available in service center | |||

[protected](tata docomo). in my tata docomo no i have some kind of dance clib service .first time 10rs for 10 day is been deducted....and after 3 rs for 3 day..i called customer care but they have no information about the service. pls help me in unsubscribing that service dance clib service Was this information helpful? | |||

i am a Tata Docomo subscriber, today (may 7th 2011), i got a message saying that i have been successfully renewed (ofcourse i have not subscribed to the claiming group)to the dance clib subscription from 52250 resulting in deduction of Rs.10 . when i call the customer care they say they are not aware of the cause of the problem. I feel this is some sort of scam going on . plz authorized authority should look into the matter.

I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I did mobile portability and jumped from idea to docomo but still not satisfied with this service provider. I have same kind of problem with "DANCE CLIB". This service was activated when i was on call so i was surprised how they could start a service or they could send me a sms while i was on call. After did communication with customer care executives 5times though i am not able to unsubscribe the service. They suggested me to go for Dive-in and unsubscribe but in my Dive-in account it shows "No activated service found". So how they can deduct my balance 2times. Totally unsatisfied. And in my other number they have started "YUVRAJ TIPS" even it is a nokia 3310 phone. So how could they do this?

To day I telephoned to consumer cell of TATA DOCOMO, Orissa for refunding the amount of Rs.20/- mischievously charged to me. They had also agreed to refund and assured that such type of mistake won't be repeated in future.
