Tata Docomo — Complaint against Tata photon dealer-VRITI

I have booked a Tata photon Whiz data card on 26 Apr,2011 from the official Tata Photon website from their authorised dealer VRITI INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED.
An online payment of Rs.1000 was made on the same day but however the
transaction was yet to confirm at that moment so a payment of Rs.1000 by
cash was made to HS SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD who delivered the Data Card.
The online transaction was then confirm hence,the double pay was made.
My complaint has been registered vide docket number[protected]
After verification I was required to pay a sum of Rs.500 as bachelor security deposit.
Which I paid on 14th of May'2011.
They told me that the device will be activated within 2 working days.
On enquiring after 2 days the executives promised that it will be activated in 10 min.
Now there is no response from them and are not even bothered to answer my calls.
Its been almost a month because of their poor service I am facing lot of trouble and pain.
I want a strict action to be taken against VRITI INFOCOM as they are making false commitments and providing worst customer service.
