Tata Docomo — Micro SIM | |||
Hi....I have just got a new sony xperia phone which uses a microSIM....the docomo website proudly advertises a microSIM available for 109 on this link http://www.tatadocomo.com/3g-msim.aspx but when i asked their store in chandigarh, they said that they only issue microSIM for postpaid subscribers....i don't want a postpaid connection as i had it before and again. i think for that i should post in another thread, but the fact is that i[censored] are advertising microSIM cards, then why are u not giving them to ur customers...even their chat support said that it is available for postpay subscribers only This is pure misguiding of the customers.....now i only have the option of shifting my service provider and never recommending docomo to anyone. Tata Docomo folks, i[censored] can then please issue microSIMs to prepay customers too or update your website specifying explicitly that only postpay subscribers get microSIM. I did as you told and talked to Mr.Michael at ur customer supprt chat. He again told me that docomo does not issue microSIM for prepaid customers. I got a docomo SIM as i thought TATA was an ethical company but now i am thinking of changing my service provider as u guys can't even provide a prepaid sim card even though you have advertised it on ur website...
I am not asking for something out of way. I am just asking for something that you claim to offer.
