[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Mobile balance Deduction

Hello,
I am using TATA DOCOMO service for my phone. On 3/12/2012 @ 8:45 am i received a SMS saying ' your monthly news pack is renewed and you have been charged with Rs.30', As i never subscribed to any service, this service was activated automatically and without any authorization.
When i called the customer care response was mean. Representative didn't try to understand problem and disconnect the call without giving any solution, and without listening to the problem. It was arrogant behavior from the representative and it was unwanted. Customer care representative name is Anand Kumar Sinha.

Purpose of launching the complaint is,1) getting back my money on mobile for unauthorized deduction of money out of my balance 2) Such deduction of balance shouldn't happen again in future. 3) Customer care name itself suggest care of one's customer so representative should not be arrogant with customers.

For your kind information your chat box doesn't support latest version of IE and firebox on Windows 7 OS. Your service is the worst service i have ever seen till date. Forget about caring about customer but you people don't even try to listen to the problems. You people deducting balance for balance inquiry. My contact no. [protected]. If you really care about your business with me please contact as soon as possible. Please, Send me information regarding How to change service with keeping same number ? as soon as possible. I am not just tired but getting irritated with your service, customer care executive who disconnect call in between and i can not call again.

This is worst mobile service company and i want to change it as soon as possible. and Wish to tell all and every user about this thing because people do care about money earned by their hard work not like you people who deduct balance for balance inquiry.

I am using the tata Docomo prepaid service since long time I never had face this kind of problem .since last few month I am facing with of balance deduction for various reasons such as data pack activated and data charges.but I never had activated such kind of packages on my mobile number.I have recharged separate for internet data usage every month.and I have tried to contact customers support team regarding the issue but numbers are busy.
