Tata DoCoMo Mobile Operator — Frequent Fake Messages/ Calls resulting in decrease in my Credit Balance. | |||
Sir, Last evening(26.04.2011 on 07.03 pm IST), I have received a message named DM-Great on my mobile no-[protected] subjecting an offfer of $3000 cash prize with the ph no-[protected]. After that, An amount of Rs.46 has been deducted. So, plz help me in getting my balance back. I have also registered in 'START DND' Scheme with Tata Docomo near about one year before, but this is not functioning yet. A lot of fake calls so also fake messages are disturbing me everyday .So Kindly help in taking an action and also solve my above problem. Thanking You.
