I recharged through "www.tatadocomo.in", and every time after recharge i got message through docomo, and the msg was-SORRY, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RECHARGE REQUEST, WE WILL REFUND THE AMT TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN 5 WORKING DAYS. YOUR PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER IS MSDP[protected], 2-MSDP[protected], 3-MSDP[protected]...
after 5 days i checked my account but money they did not refund, , i called up customer care but they are ignoring my request and saying that reference number is not correct and all...
this is really irritating ..thay are providing sites for recharge ...takes money away..but they not cooperates after ...
plz assist me.. i need my money back.. i am really hopeless..
