Tata Docomo — deduction of balance without any reason | |||
sir today when i checked my balance than i saw that i lost my balance around 91rs without any reason from tata docomo company.and company had blocked my number so that i can not contact them. and when i call from another number they are not giving me proper information.kindly help me. i want strict action against them. and i have all the proof to make them wrong. This is to inform you that today (18 August 2011) at 05:04 P.M, I(my mobile number is [protected]) received a call from a number [protected] telling that I am today's lucky customer and I will receive a 4 G.B. internet pack subscription free for a month without paying any charge and after half-an-hour Rs. 65 were deducted from my balance.
I immediately contacted the customer care executive and i was promised that within 3 hours I would be refunded Rs.65 back. But it didn,t happpen.
I again contacted the customer care after three and half hour but they refused to help me by telling that I myself had activated this service.
I would be obliged to you if you kindly take strict action against Tata Docomo for the act of fraudulence.

My name is Pratik and my number is [protected] of Tata Docomo. 3-4 days back my balance of Rs.20 got deducted without any reason. I lodged complaint with customer care and they said within 48 hours this problem will be solved and complaint number is GBL[protected]. And i called them again after 48 hours they said issued will be solved within 6 hours. And again i called them back after 7 hours they said that balance has been deducted because of chargeable contents from internet. I requested them to look properly because i never downloaded any such contents but they denied it.I even asked them give me details of website where i downloaded such content, they denied that also saying they dont have any information.
