Tata Docomo — Negligence of Executive

Hi,

I have an issue with the tata docomo (tata photon) store, warangal. My photon # [protected].

I had requested to put up a disconnection request for my photon #[protected] in the month of January, 2012 I have made a payment & cleared all outstanding bill at the TATA Docomo store in Hanamkonda, Warangal. The representative there told me that she would put the cancellation request, and that would be the end.
But to my surprise, it was just the beginning of torture for next couple of months.

After two months I got the bill of two months. When I received the bill I called up on the call center number to find out if the line has been disconnected and the person I spoke to said there has been no disconnection request put up and said she would look into the matter. Again I have visited the store to complaint about my issue of disconnection then the representative given me acknowledgement saying that she has disconnected the account. From there on two months had passed away.

Again I have got the bill and then I discussed with the call center guys they said I would have to pay two months' rental. I refused to pay rental after I explained him the whole issue he made me speak to his senior over the phone who asked me to make 25% payment of the complete bill and he would close the case. And one of the people has come to take money and said that I’ll be getting mail regards to the disconnection. So I have made the payment of 620/- rs, In April

Again after two months I have received a bill and demand notice in June for the bill payment then I have met with the concern person and discussed with them. They asked me to put a mail including all the documents related to the bills and acknowledgements. I have forwarded and responded to the concern persons. When I asked several times about any update on the issue they used say that they will be closing the case and acknowledge me on mail. During this two months had left.

In the august month I have received bill so I had to visit the concern person for further discussion then the bill was nearly 6000/-.

After several calls and meetings that person agreed that there was an issue with the representatives only they didn’t updated request properly and sorry for that, and again he asked me to pay 25% of the bill amount to close the case. Then I said already I have paid 25% of payment for rs.2480/- in April, they replied that the customer care guys did not updated the issue on the application. That is why I am getting the bill and the account still in active mode .

Whatever I have paid earlier that is not worthy and they again asked me to pay to settle the case.
There was problem with the representatives, they don’t work properly and we customers have to bare the problems and lot of torture from their end. Why customers has to pay for the representative’s mistakes.
Every time problem with the representatives. They are not updating the complaints and torturing the customers for their own silly reasons.

This harassment is just too much and I want to file a complaint asking for the legal action on them and get me out from the torture which I’m facing from the past nine months.
