[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not refunding the amount in failed online transaction through TATA DOCOMO | |||
I was doing an online recharge through tatadocomo.com (official) website on[protected]. I have tried to do recharge of Rs. 98 on [protected]. But their page showed transaction not successfull . Then again I tried for 98 Rs. Recharge but it again shows transaction not successfull. Again one more time I tried a recharge of Rs. 69. It also shows transaction failed. But when I checked my balance in my account Rs. 98 + Rs. 98 + Rs. 69 tatal= Rs. 265 was been withdrawn from my account. Then I tried to contact costumer care of tata docomo they said I will get my balance refund within 5 working days. I called them again after few days when I don't got my balance back but they do no responded well and said to wait for about 4-5 hours. But after all those convesations I haven't received my amout refunded. The ATM though the transaction was done was Of Bank of baroda VISA card no. [protected]. Please help.
