[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not satisfactory service - tata photon data card | |||
I have a Tata Photon connection that is recently changed from postpaid to prepaid. My photon device is not working properly so I visited the Tata Docomo gallery at Hill Road, Bandra (West) on 18/04/12. The executive (Mr. Salil) tells me that my account balance is over so it is not working but according to my usage it isn’t used upto that limit as it was recharged just four days back. I insisted him to give me the details but he was unable to give me complete details. I further insisted on checking my device as for the error I was getting doesn’t mean that it was due to balance over but they had only one laptop to check the device which didn’t detect my device software which he accepted that there’s some problem with the laptop & they didn’t had any other laptop to check. I requested to meet the manager (Prajakta Shire) but he said she wasn’t available in the gallery, I waited for about an hour & she came from inside the cabin. She again checked in the system but couldn’t provide relevant details also checked the device in her laptop & said it’s not detecting & I will have to show it to another gallery. Also when my connection was postpaid I got a credit balance that she told me they will refund but they need to put a request but again their system was down so they couldn’t place the request & they assured me they will do it the other day & inform me but I didn’t get any call from them. Just because I was facing problems of overbilling I changed my connection to prepaid but the same issue is still going on. I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided at the gallery & the issue of overbilling. Was this information helpful? | |||
