[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Number not Activated after submitting the documents twice | |||
I raised a porting request on 9-Aug-12 to move from Airtel to TATA DOCOMO. My mobile number [protected] is ported to TATA DOCOMO on 17-Aug-12 and my Outgoing and Incoming call facility is blocked from 21-Aug-12. When I called the customer care they say that they have not received my application and asked me to contact nearest TATA DOCOMO STORE. I visited the nearest TATA DOCOMO STORE and resubmitted the documents and still I am facing the same issue even after clearing all by outstanding bills in AIRTEL. From 21-Sep-12 I have raised my issue with the below CUSTOMER SERVICE POINTS, 1. Called Customer Care at 121 2. Mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com 2. Resubmitted my documents in the nearest TATA DOCOMO STORE 3. Called [protected] 4. Called [protected] 5. Visited TATA DOCOMO STORE 6. Mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com (They have never contacted me) 7. Submitted my grievance in Executive Presidents Escalation Desk From 25-Sep-12 all services from TATA DOCOMO has been stopped. Now I do not get even incoming calls and messages. From Executive Presidents Escalation desk 5 Executives have interacted with me and promised my mobile number [protected] will be activated on 8-Sep-12, but till date it is not activated.
