Tata Docomo — Online account Password

Hi Sir My DoCoMo Number is [protected]. And i Lost my Password.
I click forgot password link and provide the Mobile Number and click continue. But it shows
'Dear Customer, you have not changed your initial PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact customer care at 121 (Post-Paid & Pre-Paid) to receive new PIN'

please help me sir my e-mail id is '[protected]@yahoo.co.in'

We would like to inform you that the temporary password has been changed to 1570. The password needs to be reset within 48 hours to avoid the password expiry.

I talked cc many times but they don't understand which pin i am talking about :)

Please try to develop in myaccount website, bcoz, even though 48 hours not completed, there is no option for using temp pin. and its confusing, and asking for to go for forgety ur password, which is complete wrong logic...
