Tata Docomo — Online recharge failure but balance deducted | |||
Hi, I had made a 150 rs top up transaction on a tata docomo no : [protected] on 18th Dec 2012 with the transaction no as mentioned in my bank slip as [protected]. But when i finished my transaction it gave me a transaction unsuccessful remark however the money from my account was deducted. I thought i would get the refund in 5 days but this is 8th day hence i am lodging a complaint. I would request tata docomo to return my money or process the same on my above mentioned mobile no. It has been 10 days. Till now nothing has been done.

As per Your complaint our concerned team Called You to inform that Due to Failed transaction, the recharge was not successful and Have to visit the Bank to Refund this Amount. You agreed to the same.
