[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Pathetic Service Center

Now I want to explain the whole thing which make my week PATHETIC. I had facing an issue with your TATA Photon+ device ([protected]) registered on my wife name Amruta. Previously when I was called your call center, your employee gone through me few settings which does not make any changes in my device speed. Downloading speed was 0.65 and Uploading was 0.79

Now today I am completely frustrated and decided to log an complaint regarding my speed issue so I called up on your toll free number[protected] where one of your executive answered my call. He again asked me lots of questions and put me on HOLD for more than 10 min. I was expecting my complaint to be locked however my call was disconnected I don't know WHY?

I again called back where another executive answered my call name "Mamta". When I was ask her to lock a complaint that I had already gone through all the troubleshooting, she directly started bluffing that they have network issues in my area so that she cannot forward my complaint ??????.
She was behaving like she was doing a favour on me by helping me. when I asked to give me my complain ID she was again avoiding and informed me that they could not log my complaint because If it is get logged no one can TAKE ACTION ON IT ?? What the hell is this?

I asked to speak with the Senior person but again she started giving excuses me that If you want to talk to Senior person please call after 10 O'Clock ????


Now I want to uunderstand here few Things-->

1. Is You guys are thinking that we have so much time to call this bull service center again and again?
2. Does Tata Indicom understand the criticality, of Time & also the usage of data card?
3. Have I made a mistake taking up Tata Indicom data card ?
4. If my area is having some technical of network issue why my device showing me full signal strength? why it was not informed to me if I am paying for this service?
5. I called thrice where 2 time My call got disconnected I want the reason why My is disconnected from executive.
6. Why my call is not transferred to Senior person?

By god bless I have all the recording of these calls. This is very clear now and I am informing to you guys also that, till the time my issue is not get resolved will not going to pay TATA Photon Bill and if my connection is De-active I will sue you guys. Last time also I had faced so many issues with wrong billing. This time will not ignore this. I need apologies letter and call back from TATA. Trust me you guys are destroying Image of TATA.

Tata Photon+ — pathetic service

I had applied for tata photon+ about a month back and still the instrument it is not delivered to me. Also the person who is responsible to deliver it to me always is busy in some work or the other and always commits to call back but never calls back. I have come to the point where i dont want any tata services but now i m scared they would take a year to refund me my amount( if i am lucky) or may not refend me at all.

FYI.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I have the above connection since more than a year now. Its is Photon +, I feel cheated by your company's service!

I had complained in July 2, 2010 complaint no.[protected], for the network problem in my residence. Engineer had come to my residence and did initial checking and told me that since there are 2/3 cell sites network coming to my home, I have this problem, as it get disconnected or works slower. I got a call from your service center and they said that my problem should get solved in 2/3 months!

Today is 29th Novemer, 2010, I'm still facing this problem in my home ie after 4 months !!!Today, Complaint no. is[protected]

I would like to ask you on how will you compensate me for your deficiency of service for last 4 months since the time i brought to your attention? All your claim and commitment for faster service and better range of service, are of no use to me!

I hope this mail will be the last time I have to bear with your pathetic service and it'll be improved with immediate effect.
