This has ref to my below email, I have already paid my dues subsequently and informed you to cancel my data card so that I can use the same as prepaid whenever I require the internet.

But still your are charging the bill to me, if you don't close and cancel my above a/c I not responsible for your failure to maintain the information updated in your system.

After my last payment made to you on 14 th July 2010 vide receipt no.23729628 I have not used the data card as informed to you to cancel at your branch at Anna salai.

This not the correct way to charge rent bill evermonth after informing you for disconnection.

I will not pay bill amount since I have already informed to your office.

Even after this email if you send the monthly bill I have to go to consumer court for collecting Rent charges wrongly

From customer even after proper information to cancel the above data card.

After sending the above email to TATA customer care they have given a legal
notice to pay Rs.897/- on or before 26.2.2011 for which i have not used any internet services from the above tata indicom no.

so, want to fight with company for charging extra amount by cheating public and collection money from customer for not using the internet.

I need the compensation Rs.5000/- for the following valid reasons:
1. Loss or damaged made to consumer due to unfair trade practices followed by TATA INDICOM
2. to disconnect the unfair trade practices followed and not to repeat it5.For 3. the cause of insult, dishonor,disrepute,damage,loss,mental torcher,angre,imbalance caused in my routine offical and personal work. 4,what is the customer value?
5.what is the business ethics?
6.Have you bother to send reply to my email and closed my above account.I hope you help to settle the compensation of Rs.5000/- at the earliest to resolve mutually.

COMPLAINT ON TATA PHOTON USB MODEM

1. Please refer to our telephone conversation between self and your customer care office. This is bring in to your notice that I have a USB modem based broad band wireless connection under your brand band TATA Photon on number [protected] with 5Gb unlimited plan. I am using this connection since Dec 2010. I am facing the following problems:-
(a) Connectivity is very poor.
(b) The downloading speed is just 4Kbps to 44Kbps max.
(c) Poor quality customer care service.
2. I have tried to contact your customer execution number of times on number - [protected] but instead of positive or fair response or fair response, I have received negative response showing no interest in my complaint.

3. I have always faith in any services provided by your brand name TATA, but it seems that your company is not able to come to any customer’s satisfaction.
4. May I request to solve the problem as this type of negative approach will bring bad reputation to TATA
