Tata Docomo — WRONG DEDUCTION OF RS. 54 FROM MY A/C | |||
My self saurav batra s/o sh sunil kumar batra i have an sim of TATA DOCOMO with mobile number [protected]. Yesterday i was using service portal of above given service provider that is *191# this service portal is only for knowng abt spl packs nd they provide us no 4 activang any type of pack or service like *141*xyz# yesterday around 6:35 pm i was using *191# services i request them to provide me details of sms pack Rs 54 but they activated my pack without any confirmation nd without providing me no for activang my pack like *141*xyz# and send me a msg that ur req has been accepted for activang the pack i request them to provide me details of above given pack but instead of giving me details they activate my pack then i caal at 121 there custmer care no they told me to refund my money as soon as possible and then yesterday i again call them at 121 from my 2nd tata docomo no because they black listed me fom my 1st no and in that call they was that we cant refund your money back i have no need of 10000 sms so why i ll pay for that nd from wrong procedure like fraud with subscriber sir/mam plz refund my money back as soon as possible THANKS & REGARDS saurav batra [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
