[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Post - Paid No. [protected] & [protected] — Tata Docomo denying the request of MNP or migration to pre-paid.. | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a subscriber Tata Docomo Post-paid no. [protected] & [protected] from last 5+ months. My concern is that I am not satisfied with the services of Tata Docomo Post-paid. So, initially i gave the request for migration of both of my no. in Pre-paid, but they declined that request. And now, when i gave the request for porting-out my both numbers to Airtel's Network, backend of the Docomo Post-paid is denying my request again and again stating the reason that [protected] is premium number & the number comes under contractual obligations & the other number i.e. [protected] is in same account with the premium number, so I can't change my network or can't even migrate to pre-paid services. But i have not singed any contract with the company as such. Now, I am helpless & totally harassed from the services of Tata Docomo so kindly provide me some solution for porting-out my numbers ([protected] & [protected]) to the other networks ASAP.
