[Resolved] Tata Docomo — POST PLAN CHANGE REQUEST | |||
I am a postpaid plan (Mobile No. - [protected]) holder of Tata Docomo from last 4 year +. I have take postpaid plan from Rajasthan, but currently i am selected in Canara Bank and my posting in Gurgaon district in Haryana state. I give a request to customer care for change my plan in roaming free plan on 16/09/2012 with Request no.[protected] and he assure me that plan will be changed till 8 am morning on 17/09/2012 and after that you will enjoy the roaming free plan. As per his commitment i thought plan has been changed and from 17th onwards i am receiving all my incoming calls but today (23/09/12) when i call to customercare regarding my othre plan facility apart from roaming free than customercare executive told me that your plan not changed. She is saying that our company was called you on 17/09/2012 in afternoon, at that time in training session of my employer so i talk to him that, "plz call me after 6'O clock, i am in training." After that i have not received any information regarding my plan changed or not. I have 4 mobile connections (3 pre paid + 1 post paid) with TATA DOCOMO company, so plz do the needful for changing my plan and with effective from 17/09/2012, Because i am not ready to pay any roaming charges of these 7 days (From 17/09/12 to 23/09/12).
