No help received from customer support center or from nodal officers desk in spite of repeated complaints. As per Customer care Executive My CV was negative ,he told that please submitted 500 Rs. I will do that But still my Outgoing not working. Following are the names of people interacted at customer care center: Abdul Rashmi Raj Mahesh Swapna How did you came to know that I'm unmarried..??? What is the procedure, which helped you to conclude on negative credit verification?? No one visited my house for any verification nor I received any call for verification. As per Nodal executive Sapana today at 1830 hrs - 2130 hrs someone executive was supposed to visit my home and my number was to be made functional. BUT all false promises came true and no one turned up , my number is still barred. Customer care center refused to register complaint.
