Please find my account details below for your reference, Relationship number:[protected] Mobile Number: [protected] Tariff Plan: GSM Diet 799 plan For this particular account please find the bill details below:- 1st Bill Bill no:[protected] Bill Date:[protected] Bill Period:[protected] to[protected] Current Charges: Rs. 793.12 This bill was paid on[protected] through your website payment option through credit card. 2nd Bill Bill no:[protected] Bill Date:[protected] Bill Period:[protected] to[protected] Previous Balance: Rs. 793 Last Payment: Rs. 1441.00 Current charges: 1,668.52 Amount Due: 1,021/- Due Date:[protected] This bill was paid on[protected] through your website payment option through credit card. Now, I was again informed from your Call centre that the following payments were received from my side to this account. [protected] : 793.00 [protected] : 648.00 [protected] : 793.00 [protected] : 1,021.00 Total : 3,155.00 was received at your end as per your official records as intimated by your call centre on[protected] between 10:30-11:00hrs(approx) As per your bill the Current Charges are as per the following:- Current Charges : 793.12 Current charges : 1,668.52 Total Bill Amount : 2,461.64 So, as per your records I see that a net amount of Rs. 694.00 is due from your side towards me. However, please note that outgoing for my connection has been barred from today morning onwards for no valid reason. Upon enquiry to your call centre I was told that an amount of Rs, 793/- is outstanding in my account. This whole issue must be resolved within next 24 hrs failing which this may br treated as a last notice prior to legal action against your organization in the consumer court of West Bengal, Kolkata. I request you to kindly do the needful.
