Tata DoCoMo Prepaid Mobile Service — Message bundle deactivated twice in a row without any pre notice | |||
I added a message bundle of Rs 29 which gives 3000 texts for 30 days. And twice they deativated it around 1500. Last time, when i called customer service team they said that the concerned team will call me back but that never happened. I lodged a complaint here. nothing happened again. Then i lodged a complaint to their online feedback team and still nothing happened./ Next time i called in cust care on the automated system it told me that the bundle is there and i still have that text that says they provide that bundle. So on the automated system they are saying that the bundle is there.. the same is getting added, but they are providing only half the service. If the service is not there then why is your automated system telling about it, if you want i can send you the text confirmation of what your automated system tells about the bundle..They are fooling people and charging for the service.
