Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — INvalid deduction | |||
This is to inform you about the periodic invalid deduction of Rs 3 from my tata docomo prepaid sim ([protected]) by the tata docomo network operators. During the past couple of weeks, 4 similar incidence occurred out of which they had refunded during the 2nd incidence. I noted that all 4 incidence (deduction) occurred when i change sim (BSNL to Tata docomo) in my phone. But when i called the customer care they told me that the amount was deducted due to the activation of a game pack. But there was no service message or called being called by them before the deduction process. The customer care also told me that the 3rd deduction was taken on February 5th but i’m sure that i had used the BSNL sim the whole day on February 5th. Hence i lost the faith in docomo customer care. The 4th deduction occurred today morning, just 30 minutes after i called the customer care to enquire about the 3rd deduction.This occurred when i changed sim (BSNL to Tata docomo) to check whether this occurs again. All this incidence is against the tata docomo advertisement “ no extra charges & no unnecessary deductions.” Please take this incidence seriously and kindly do the needful. whats a stupid fraud you did tata docomo. is this the way u treat the customers like sqeezing blood of customers.cutting the balance invalidly

tata docomo hell care not pick ma cal from morning 9am til now !! damn they cheat ma money !! i recharge for 25 rs i got msg bt still that amount not yet debit in ma AC !!1 im gonna port my docomo to AIRTEL it s the best network
