[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Problem with SMS sending / receiving | |||
Hello, This is Ravindra Mehta from Rajkot (Gujarat). I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 3 years. I am having issue with sending and receiving SMS from / to my number from last 2 days. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". And even I am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number. Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times I am having issues even with the incoming calls and due to that I have to forward my number to another number. I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 2 days. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, Ravi Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm unable to recieve sms from any number and my 3g data pack is not connecting properly ..
This is happening with me since last few months i have complained about it to the customer care but they didnt sorted it out they always say that tere is a prblm in our server kindly call back later but when i call back it plays a busy tune ..
the customer service is very very poor kindly sort my problem and try not to happen again ...
otherwise i have to port my number ...
I'm using tata docomo since it has launched and my monthly expence is about 1200 rs a month kindly sort my problem as soon as possible.

hi i am madhu from karnataka even i facing same problem not able to receive sms and i am using other network for which i am receiving sms but problem with tatadocomo sim only - my no. is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com, alternate no. is [protected].

Hi my no is [protected]. i am not able to receive any incoming calls and sms at the same time i cannot make outgoing calls since two months . I had complain about this several times but no action has be taken. Due to this i am facing my problems i am not able to do any online transactions two months and i had missed my important calls. i m very dissatisfied with your service.kindly resolve my problem or else i wil have to port my no as i cannot suffer like this anymore.
