Auto-activation of service resulting decrease in Balance. sir, I have mobile pre-paid connection with tata docomo.My mobile no. is [protected],but the problem is that my mobile balance has been duducted for Rs.30/- on[protected] wrongly.So when i asked the customer care in Andhra Pradesh circle,they replied me that i have activated 'Love tips service' of Tata-docomo,in fact i have not activated any type of such services.so i requested him to credit my balance again,but they do not agree with me.So is it fare to deduct someones account by activating a service automatically and de-activate whenever reported.so please help me. I have a mobile prepaid connection of Tata Docomo-[protected].Love tips Monthly service was activated on my no. automatically few days before for which Rs.24.75 was deducted instantly & Rs.1.50 is being deducted everyday.I contacted Customer Care Representatives through phone & through online chat repeatedly but the service was not deactivated, only complaints were taken.Please deactivate he service immediately.
Tata Docomo — Balance decreasing...
I will re charge my tata docomo always. And they will deduct 5 each everyday. I complaind it to there customer care. They told me sorry when i talk them about my complaint. Now it's going money even yesterday... Alas what a docomo? Hi Muhammed,
