[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — DEDUCTION OF MONEY 10RS ON EVERY RECHARGE

RESPECTED SIR,
i have a tata docomo sim and whenever i recharge my balance a deduction of rs 10 is deduced from my account in the sense that you use data for internet. i have not a multimedia phone and also internet is not working in that and didn't use any data .i called coustomer care again and again but they repeat the same thing. plz help me.......
