Tata Docomo — Received Bill After Porting Number To Other Provider | |||
I had a very bad experience with Tata Docomo with International roaming which did not worked for me and they also charged me for that. So i decided to move on Reliance and for that i paid some amount in advance for un-billed usage. When i completed the port i had -200 rupees in Tata Docomo account. After 20 days i got bill from Tata Docomo for Rs. 884 without using it. I wrote to their customer support listen email id but till date there is no response. I think if Docomo do not clear this i have to drag them into court for my losses and for this cheating. This is the worst experience i ever had with any service provider.
