Tata Docomo — Reducing balance Everyday | |||
Hi, I am using Tata Docomo no: [protected] with the latest 3G pack of Rs. 250 per month. Under this plan Tata Docomo claim that 3G data is completely free for unlimited usage. But the biggest issue is that without informing me or without my confirmation they activate their add-on services. Few services which they activated without my information was: - Data Charges for surfing Internet - Rs. 50 (when data is free, how can they charge me for the same) - How to become an LIC agent. - Charging me Rs. 30 ( I work for an IT MNC; why would I want to become a LIC agent) and many other services. today, even without making any call from this no. I am left with only Rs. 60 as my balance against Rs. 215 which I got initially. Later when I complain at the Customer Care Center, they ask me to go to Tata Docomo outlet and inquire. when I go there they ask me to call the Customer Care Center. Now when I am trying to call the customer care, my call is kept on hold and I am unable to get this through. Please help me get this cleared from Tata Docomo.
