Tata Docomo — Refund of the deduction and compensation

I had a complain for my deduction of balance, for the same i contacted the customer service which was a total waste with unprofessional behaviour, they told me to mail the complain. I did so 1st mail regarding complain i sent on 7th Jan i.e. 10 day before no reply received another mail sent on 8th Jan then on 11th Jan to which i received an automated reply stating will get a revert in 48hrs no reply after that then i again mailed on 15th with all attachments screenshot of my sent mail still haven't received any reply from the company at all.

following are the mail I sent to the company:

Hi Sir / Madam,

I am Aniket Dahiwadkar using [protected] and your services over many years. Would like to bring to your notice that I am very much unsatisfied with your Customer Service. When I started using your services that time I was very much happy as the customer executives were professional as well as customer friendly and use to resolve the query instantly. I am very much upset with the service and unprofessional reply i got over the phone by your executives 1. named Priyanka Kadam I guess who took my call for the first time for my issue 2. was some lady who was not giving out her name at all to me for reference purpose not even her sudo name 3. but not the least your Sr. executive with whom I had much more expectations for support but she proved me wrong her name as given to me is Anuradha Kadam (which she didn't sound like maharashtrian her pronounsiasions were like a south-Indian person), anyway well my issue is I had recharged my phone with Rs. 222 i.e. full talk time i made some calls after that which should deduct 3 to 4 rs. max bUT after some time when my internet network went I got that balance popup of 170 rs. is bal I ignored it then the next day when was browsing my phone and the internet network happened to go I got the popup again showing me balance of rs. 1.01 something. I was shocked and I called customer service and informed the same to her i.e. 1st executive. She told me that I have downloaded some masti majak pack which I didn't and have been charged for payable website. I still told her that i haven't used any of it as i use internet for Facebook and what's app and sometime Google, I demanded for complete refund then she told me she is not authorised to give refund of more than 30 rs so she will escalate the case to senior's and give me the refund I asked for the ref. no. she told me I will get it through sms I haven't received it yet I asked for the time she told me max 24 hrs. I said OK.

Even after completion of more than 48 hrs. when I didn't got a single rupee refund I called back got in contact with this 2nd lady who told me her name while opening of her call and later not ready to even give her sudo name (strange) explained her the same she 1st said I wont get refund only then when I pressurised to speak with senior she told i vl giv you refund and transfer my call as well, I asked her to do a warm transfer as I didn't wanted to wait on hold for long and explain the same thing to the senior she directly transferred me by giving transfer script (I ain't dog who is barking for god sake I am your customer you need to listen what I am asking for.) AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS I GOT WITH THE 3RD LADY, NAME ANURADHA AS SHE INFORMED ME EXPLAINED HER AGAIN WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME, SHE WASN'T EVEN FEELING SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE I WENT THROUGH AND NOT EVEN SOFT. SHE WAS SO RUDE I CANNOT EVEN EXPLAIN. SHE SAYS SHE CANT REFUND ME MORE THAN RS. 100 I SAID I HAVEN'T USED ANY OF THE THING SHE IS SAYING BUT SHE IS NOT READY TO LISTEN TO ME AT ALL SHE IS JUST SAYING HER OWN THINGS. AT LEAST SHOULD LISTEN TO MY PROBLEM AND THEN SPEAK BUT SHE WAS NOT. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR IT WAS LIKE I AM THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE AND SHE WAS MY CUSTOMER.

Well all point is that I haven't used any of the things which is reflected on your system if I have accidentally activated the pack I should get the message in return as per y knowledge but I haven't got any I came to know about the pack for your executive. and for an instance if we consider that it was activated for rs. 99 so where and how come my remaining balance got deducted i.e. 222 - 20(lets assume for calls i made) - 99 = 100 approx should be there 100rs got deducted for payable website ?? I cannot digest this thing.

So would request you to look into this matter and resolve my problem on priority basis. I am requesting for my full refund. Hope you help me out with the same and train your executives so that your unsatisfied customers like me go back as satisfied on the first call it self.

3) TO THE SAME EMAIL ID's

is ther any problem as i havt even got the revert for this mail yet.. i had sent mail 5 days back but i have got a single reply yet wht is wrong with your services?? waiting for a revert asap.

4) NOW THIS IS TOO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN PATIENCE FOR A LONG TIME IT HAS BEEN WAY MUCH OVER 48 HRS BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN IN MY CASE. IS THIS THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE? DID NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM SUCH A HUGE COMPANY NAMED TATA. SUCH A DISGRACE TO THE NAME.

IMMATURE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE, NO REPLY ON THE MAIL SENT 2 TIMES 3RD MAIL GETS A REPLY THAT WILL CONTACT YOU IN NEXT 48 HRS IT HAS PASSED 4 DAYS BUT NO REPLY AT ALL. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN ME I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT ALONG WITH THIS MAIL FOR YOUR REF. AND YOUR WEBSITE EVEN AFTER LOGIN DON'T ALLOW ME TO MAKE A COMPLAIN WITH A CLICK ON 3RD BOX PAGE GETS REFRESHED.

I NEED MY REFUND OF MONEY IN NEXT 48 HRS YOU CAN CONTACT ME ON MY CELL NO. [protected] FOR ANY OF YOUR CONCERN REGARDING WHY I CANT GET MY REFUND. I NEED MY REFUND ALONG WITH THAT I NEED COMPENSATION FOR SUCH A RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNWANTED WAIT YOU MADE ME TO DO. I WANT IT IN NEXT 48 HRS ANY HOW OR I WILL NEED TO TAKE A SERIOUS STEP AGAINST YOU PPL. THIS IS NOT DONE. THIS IS TOO FRUSTRATING FOR ME. I WILL WAIT FOR JUST 48 HRS MORE.
