Tata Docomo — regarding wrong bill statement | |||
I am totally 100% dissatisfied with tata docomo customer services. i have taken plan of 999 monthly rental but after 4 month still i m getting bill of 1149 monthly. i have raised the request as well from the first month but no action taken so far now. this is one of the worst service i have ever had from any firm. every time when i call i get the promise of adjustment in bills. please do something for customer not for just money my email id:[protected]@gmail.com Your TATA DOCOMO No:[protected] Account Number:[protected] Your Tariff Plan :DS347 New ADSL 1Mbps Residential Truly Was this information helpful? | |||
