[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Rs.48 Internet Recharge — Rs.48 internet recharge not working | |||
Sir/Madam, I recently recharged my cell with the Tata Docomo Rs.48 internet plan through EVD from a local retailer on 10th jan 2011. I got a message from Tata Docomo saying that "your Rs.48 recharge has been successful .your current balance is Rs.0 . and Trans ID - [protected]". But when I tried connecting to the internet through my Samsung mobile it was not working and kept on saying that your account does not have sufficient balance or that access has been denied and sent a message " INTERNET " to 52270 and received the necessary configuration message and did what was necessary ,but it was still not working. Before getting the Rs.48 recharge the internet was working just fine with other top up recharges. I am really upset by the service that is being provided to me by Tata Docomo .
