Tata Docomo — tata photon services and customer care | |||
I was getting download problem using Tata Phone data card. I requested them regarding the same on 30-Jun-2010 and they open a ticket and closed automatically on 31-Aug-2010. Again i called them for same on 1-Aug-2010 and said that this is automated process and not having control over it but a technical person will visit my place and resolve the issue. Somebody came at my residence and found that there is some network issue and need to fixed at tata photon end. On 3-Aug-2010 they blocked my services; I was shocked and called them for same. Now I was in mood to record each and every conversation. I shock goes higher when customer care executive told me that my service has been blocked due to excess use of internet. Generally I am using to download programming material and use to check company and personal mails at home and told him the same but he was insisting that this was blocked due to excess use of internet. I asked him to forward my line to some senior executive so i can escalate the issue and get it resolved. There was some different answer. He accepted his fault and told me that they need to install an Antenna at my residence in next 24 hours but till now i am not getting any response from them. I called them plenty of times but every time they reporting deferent issues and logging the issue but closing after 24 hours automatically. I am having enough recordings and uploading the same on YouTube. Will update the linkes very soon. As per my experience is you are going to purchase Tata Photon, Please listen these recordings from YouTube once before taking final decision.
