I purchased My tata photon plus about 3-4 years ago. Everytime i recharge with is an unlimited plan i.e., Rs.1,200 for which i was getting around 10-11 gb. Now my problem starts here just after the usage of my 10-11 gb when speed is started capping then whenever i asing anything from any site may be youtube,or any doesn't matter, the photon automatically get's disconnected in every 8-10 min. The company is thinking not to provide that unlimited service for which we have payed. The company themselves always hangs up the modem and i have noticed that it happens approx 20-30 times at night. Until i was having the data's the modem never hanged. I want the company either to return my money for the unlimited plan or serve us a good service.
It's my request to the consumer court that please have a view at my complain. Because it not a problem of any windows 7 or any setting or something about that. The full problem is generated by the company. i have an experience of about 4 years so you could understand that i would have done each and every stupid things whatever customer care told me.
It's my Humble request to take a strict action towards this company else they will just suck the consumers money by providing a garbage service.
