[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unethical practices - wrong bills and no service | |||
I had purchased Tata photon 2 months back and had a really bnad experience with it. My photon would work only for 1-2 days in a week and for rest of the days it would give me an error message " remote computer did not respond". I had complained to the customer care but no action was taken. In the meanwhile, they kept mailing me the bill charging me for the entire month. I spoke to the sales person with whom I had purchased the Photon and surprisingly instead of sorting out the issue with his billing team, he adviced me to not pay the bill. Now, due to non-payment of bills my Photon is again disabled. I was so frustated that i wanted to switch to another operator but unfortunately I have paid an upfront fee of INR 1000 for purchasing the Photon. This is extremely unethical from a Tata group company, locking in a customer by making him pay an upfront fee and then not providing the right service.
