Tata Docomo — Unfair daily deduction which was unable to stopped after reporting to Tata docomo cust care | |||
I am experiencing a daily deduction of Rs.1 from Tata Docomo my main account [protected] from 14th July to till to date.I have complained to Tata Cus care on 15th and they promise to deactivate the service which is activated automatically.but the next day 16th july again deduction,I registered complaint,But again on 17th also deduction continues,The Cus care is unable to solve and give permanent solution.My complaint ref no:GABC[protected] I have selected Tata Docomo for it brand fame and service from Airtel but here service is not satisfactory. I am using data pack for data usage. Please let me know whether any permanent solution available for settling the deduction issue? and refunding the deducted amount.
