Tata Docomo — unfair deduction of balance

my Docomo number is charged without any prior notice and i am being subscribed to many packs without my knowledge.
i am being charged for the same..please unsubscribe these packs

This is an awful thing to get into your notice regarding the balance deduction took place in my account by mobile service providers. The value added services automatically get activated in my account the corresponding amount simultaneously deducted from my account. Service provider ie., TATA DOCOMO argue that, my self activated the service. They reject the request of refunding. The incident takes place every 15 days regardless we complain or we ask them not to repeat or activate DO NOT DISTURB service. The service will be activated and amount will be deducted when it finds the minimum required balance present in account. The call to customer care executive will be recorded as far as my knowledge is concerned and the conversation with them will clearly state how well they fool the customers.
Hope the process take place here will help me taking the immediate action against Service providers.

Tata Docomo — balance deduction of rs 192.00/-

Tata docomo deducted my balance of rs.192/- by saying for internet surfing and i was having a data plan,after calling to customer care,at first time they ended call by there side...i called twice after that,but no answer.....and then i tried next day...the representative was so badly answering and also speaking very badly to customer...!!!

after taking a new Sim from docomo in just 4 days on 6the November 2012 @ 10.34 thee call from company number of docomo came, that time i was in my lecture ,so thee call was recorded in my answering machine of my mobile .After thee lecture got over i saw my cell theere was message of tata docomo, saying that your call me tunes has been activated , and i have been charged Rs 120 for 180 days.theis was shocking , since i have not attended thee call and no button was pressed , the call was recorded in my answering machine , then immediately i called back to customer care and told them whole scenario they where ready to pay only Rs 100 refund , but not for whole amount i.e Rs 120 .Same day i went to customer care office in ghatkopar , they told me that then can just refund Rs 30. they also told me that if you want full refund then complaint .next day again i called the customer care no. again they told me that they will deactivate your service and told me in 4 hrs they will refund the whole amount of rs 120. it was around 28 hrs but no deactivation and refund msg from docomo then i called back them they told me that theeir system is down, call next day. then called today they told me that they can just refund Rs 30 because you have not registered a complaint . but told the call records . they told arrogantly you want it or not , and they refund me only Rs 30 . so decided to complaint here so i can teach them a lesson so they can't cheat with any other . i request this forum to take action immediately and also they can check the call records of tata Docomo of all call records i have called to Docomo.
and also i have the answering machine recorded file .do please take action and refund whole Rs 120 back . also take strict action against them.

I am a user of tata docomo.
My mobile no. is [protected].
I was having rs.192 main balance in my mobile on 21st feb 2013, but the same day afternoon i saw that rs.148 was deducted from my balance and i didnt received any msg for such deduction.
I tried calling customer care but it was of no use.
They said gprs pack has been activated and nothing can be done from our side and disconnected the call.
Now when i am calling customer care no. 198 the call gets automatically disconnected.
I have not activated the gprs pack, neither i received any msg for such activation.
I want the gprs pack to be deactivated for which i have not used any benefit and want my balance as soon as possible.
